Back on Track :)

Well after a week of absolute hell at work and a few slip ups, actually not slip ups just not worrying about CS - i still did it (shake in the morning, soup for lunch, healthy tea) but I didnt weigh in on tuesday, I still had mostly allowable snacks but I've had a few glasses of champagne, some snacky food on melb cup day, and then some more alcohol some nights, I woke up this morning feeling a bit more into it and i've lost 400g this week :) :)
It makes me happy to know that I can enjoy my lifestyle as I've always done and still watch my weight, i think because I am still being very very strict on my carbs that this is still working for me. when I say carbs i mean, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. all those itty bitty ones that come in cheese and milk I don't count!! I know that if i stuck to this program whole heartedly I would lose the weight faster however I know I would then binge eat everything I could get my hands on and undo all the work. this is working for me now and i love it so why change it up!! I'm now 9.4kg away from my goal weight.... my new goal is to only have 4kg to go as at christmas week. so I will have tighten the belt to lose 3.4kg in 6 weeks but i think I can do it!!!!
